The course is written in 11 modules, each containing clear learning and innovative games and tests to re-inforce learners’ understanding. You also have the quality reasurance in the learning content of this course since it has been created by CIEH, the people that created the classroom food safety course.
The end test consists of 20 multi-choice questions of which 18 must be answered correctly. A printable certificate of completion is available from the learner’s pc.
