This official CIEH Level 1 Food Safety Course has 3 hours of learning, but usually the learners complete the course in less time.

Course format
The course contains everything required to handle low risk foods safely and is written to be enjoyable with a modern fresh approach and engaging interaction.
Food Safety Assessment
The end test comprises 15 multi choice questions which are electronically marked. 13 of the questions must be answered correctly to enable the learner to print their food safety/hygiene certificate of completion.
